Well a lot of stuff is needed by Aadya and her parents made sure that, she gets the best of the stuff.
In this article, I am going to list the products used by baby Aadya and chosen by her parents after careful consideration and research.
For Aadya to travel in style, comfort and safety.
A travel system was chosen for Aadya. The travel system includes a stroller and a car seat. The car seat is the Chicco Keyfit 30 car seat and the stroller is the Chicco cortina stroller. The Chicco keyfit 30 has an insert, using which it can be fit in the car. The car seat can be fit either using ISOFIX or the seat belt. It can also be inserted into stroller. The fabric is totally removable and washable. It has 3 incline levels. The keyfit 30 car seat can be used until Aadya is about 30 pounds (15ksg). The stroller can be used for a long time.
In addition to the Keyfit 30 car seat, Chicco Nextfit IX Baby Car Seat Mirage was also bought. This car seat will be useful for Aadya, when she is more than 15 kgs. This car seat can be used till she is able to manage without one. This car seat has 9 levels of recline.
Aadya loves to be pampered. She loves her massage.
We use different types of oils for her massage.
For her head massage, we use pure cold pressed organic coconut oil and cold pressed organic almond oil by Kama Ayurveda.
For her face massage, we use Organic Akshayakalpa ghee.
For her body massage, we use olive oil and ayurvedic massage oil by Kama ayurveda.
Aadya needs her after bath moisturizer to keep her skin supple and glowing. All the products used by Aadya are from Sebamed.
Diapers are so important in a baby’s life. It keeps the baby happy and also the parents happy. Diapers which show indication of wetness is a boon. The baby needs to be changed often, so that, she does not get a rash. Aadya goes through about 7 to 8 diapers in a day. Having heard about the dreaded diaper rash, we were very choosy about the diaper. We have been using Bella Happy Baby diapers and have been very satisfied.
Along with diapers, what are used most are wetwipes. We have been using 99% Pure Water (Unscented) baby wipes made of Natural Plant made cloth from Mother Sparsh. Though they are a bit more expensive, these wipes are very good.
Feeding bottle is so important for a baby. We chose the Philips avent Natural feeding bottle. We did so, because it claimed that baby will not take much air intake while feeding leading to gas. Aadya has taken to the feeding bottle nicely and does not fuss while feeding. In addition to her mother’s milk, she is fed formula milk 3 times a day.
I would say, a sterilizer is a must buy. Instead of boiling all of Aadya’s bottles and utensils in boiling water, sterilizing them in a sterilizer is a good idea. We bought a Philips avent sterilizer. It has done a good job till date. It auto switches off after a few minutes. The only maintenance to be done is descaling the plate now and then.
We use a separate laundry detergent and utensils washing liquid for Aadya. These from the brand mee mee. They seem to do a good job.
